We are looking for a paid intern who will support our Executive Director in addressing the needs of our many partner communities with their ability to market themselves, social media, website building, branding, etc. The intern will also assist the Admin, Program, and Grants Manager in narrative building for neighborhood grants, meeting with community partners to listen to and address their needs, as well as planning special events.

Seeking a visionary professional to lead MCURC's next phase of growth, responsible for fundraising, Board development, and strategic initiatives.

Responsible to perform an inventory of housing quality and needs in targeted areas of the North Fairmount and South Fairmount neighborhoods in Cincinnati.

Responsible for overseeing all phases of real estate acquisition and development for housing, commercial and mixed-use spaces, revitalization, and other projects that improve the neighborhood's vitality and the organization's assets.
