Driving measurable results

WHERE WE ARE GOING

In May 2023, a new HomeBase team of devoted, passionate, go-getters came on board. In just 4 months, the team took on project managing and acquiring consultant services for 18 neighborhood-based volunteer organizations to begin capacity building, community engagement events, and community planning. This is in addition to the 12 CDC organizations HomeBase has regularly worked with in recent years that have paid full-time staff. We have plans to continue to expand this reach to more neighborhoods in 2024.
